Even a minor issue can impact the home's value, so take care of everything that was a problem.
5. What's next? Come up with a plan with your real estate agents about what will happen in the near future. You want your home to be sold, so see how long this will take how that so many people have viewed it. Also, see if your realtor will implement any new plans when marketing.
